                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE 
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY, 
                   FOR PROVIDING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 
                   CLOSURE CONSTRUCTION OF 36TH STREET 
                   LANDFILL, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF EIGHTY-ONE 
                   THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, for providing  engineering 
       services for the Closure Construction of 36th Street Landfill for 
       a consideration of $81,600.00.
